Is my eBay account safe to connect?
Yes — official eBay OAuth, read-only. We cannot list, relist, cancel orders, message buyers, or touch your account in any way. We only read your sales, fees, and shipping data. You can revoke access at any time from your eBay account settings. We never store your password.
What happens when my trial ends?
On day 31, your account flips to read-only. Every number you built is preserved for 60 days — nothing is deleted yet. One click upgrades you to the full $19/mo plan and you're back in. No auto-charge ever happens. We do send a nudge on day 25 and again on day 28 so it's never a surprise.
Do you support other platforms besides eBay?
ResaleTruth is eBay-native in v1 — that's where the deep API sync, 90-day backfill, and fee accuracy come from. Every other platform (Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace) can be tracked via manual entry or CSV import. More native integrations are on the roadmap. Tell us which you need.
How is the $9 Founder Credit applied?
It is stamped automatically on your account when you become a paying customer (within the first 50). No coupon code, no support ticket, no hoop-jumping. Your first 12 invoices are charged at $9/mo. Month 13 reverts to the standard $19/mo — and you are grandfathered there forever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you are done — no fees, no questions. You keep read-only access through your paid period. After 60 days of non-renewal your data is permanently deleted. We send a 7-day warning email before that happens so you can export first.
What counts toward my item limit?
Active listings, drafts, and items sold within the last 90 days all count. Archived items older than 90 days do not. On the ResaleTruth $19/mo plan there is no item limit — track as many as you flip.
